Industrial property for sale
Through current and future releases of industrial real estate, we offer prime industrial property for sale in various locations throughout Queensland. Industrial properties can be purchased directly through the Property Services Group or through commercial real estate agents in your local area.
Industrial property for lease
The Property Services Group also provides industrial property for lease in certain circumstances. If you are interested in leasing industrial real estate, contact the Property Services Group to discuss eligibility requirements or view our guidelines for leasing industrial land.
Industry Location Scheme
Industrial properties are made available through the industry location scheme, a government scheme to provide appropriately zoned and competitively priced land to industry.
