Industry location scheme

Many businesses and industries support Queensland’s economic development. To ensure these new and expanding businesses and industries can continue to operate and grow, the Queensland Government developed the industry location scheme.

The scheme ensures appropriately designated and serviced land is available for business and industry at competitive prices to meet Queensland’s social and economic objectives.

The Property Services Group administers the scheme. It identifies the best locations for industrial land, manages the development of this land into high-quality industrial estates, and markets these estates to business and industry around Queensland and Australia.
