Annual report 2010-11
The annual report of the Coordinator-General forms part of the annual report of the Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation (DEEDI).
The report describes the Coordinator-General’s use of his powers, including his decisions under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971.

Machinery of government change
In February 2011, following a machinery of government change, the functions of the Coordinator-General, previously a part of the Department of Infrastructure and Planning (DIP), were transitioned to DEEDI.
DIP was renamed the Department of Local Government and Planning (DLGP) -retaining the functions of local government, growth management, planning and major infrastructure coordination.
Special purpose vehicles
The Coordinator-General oversees the following special purpose vehicles (SPVs):
- City North Infrastructure Pty Ltd
- Queensland Water Infrastructure Pty Ltd
- Southern Regional Water Pipeline Company Pty Ltd (trading as LinkWater Projects).
Each of these SPVs is required to publish annual reports.
