2009 Major Projects Conference overview

The Major Projects Conference 2009 was held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Tuesday 13 October 2009.

The conference attracted CEOs, directors, CFOs and key decision makers from both the public and private sectors.

Delegates heard a range of speakers discuss projects and information regarding infrastructure and planning throughout Queensland, and enjoyed the number of networking opportunities.

Presentations from the 2009 conference are now available. Video footage of government speakers and information regarding the Major Projects Conference 2009 can now be viewed from the Speeches and presentations page.

The conference also saw the launch of the 2009 Major Projects Map, which replaces the Projects Queensland publication. The map lists more than 120 key infrastructure projects throughout the state each valued at more than $500 million. Copies of the map are available for sale at the Queensland Government Bookshop
