In accordance with the RTI Act, DEEDI is required to maintain a Publication Scheme containing seven classes of information as prescribed by the Department of Premier and Cabinet. The Publication Scheme is designed to assist members of the public in establishing what agencies do, what information agencies might hold and any documents publicly released that may be of significant importance. In conjunction with the Publication Scheme, agencies are required to maintain a Disclosure Log detailing past RTI applications and how to access the documents previously released. Access the DEEDI Disclosure Log.
